Sender Identification
A clear and accurate representation of the sender and purpose for email sent via Twilio SendGrid.
Email sent via Twilio SendGrid Services must:
- Clearly identify and accurately represent the sender. For example, the party that obtained the affirmative consent from a recipient or the party that is initiating the transmission of the email.
- Provide a clear, non-deceptive subject line, which accurately describes the content and purpose of the email. For example, if the email is an advertisement or a promotion, the subject line should clearly reflect this.
